University Accommodations

The University of New Brunswick Saint John Summer Hotel is open from May to August each year. The Front Desk is located in the Sir James Dunn Residence main administrative offices. Our Front Desk staff members are available to assist you during the following hours of operation:

• Weekdays: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
• Weekends: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Check in time officially begins at 3:00 p.m.. If you arrive earlier we cannot guarantee your room will be ready. If you plan to arrive after the Front Desk hours of operation please let us know and we will make arrangements for you to pick up your key at the Security Desk in the G. Forbes Elliot Athletic Centre. Security Personnel are on duty 24 hours a day.

Check out time is at 11:00 a.m. Room keys are electronic and are programmed to stop working at check out time on your day of departure.

Our regular Summer Hotel rates include bedding, towels, and limited daily maidservice. Payment for your room is due at check in. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit and cash. Personal cheques not accepted.

Guests park in the Residence Parking lots. The fee is $4.00 per day. Passes can be purchased at our Front Desk.

No pets are allowed. This is a UNB Saint John policy which covers all campus buildings and facilities.

All Summer Hotel facilities are 100% non-smoking.

Delta Brunswick Hotel
